Stop RawApplication eventloops and calls atStop() callbacks.

run

Blocking function. RawApplication.run() join eventloop thread. Return when : - Eventloop is stopped. - RawApplication.stop() is called

finalize

Called by garbage collector when object destroy.
Override to free the reference in JNI.
